About Geraldine

Geraldine has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 10 years. She is particularly interested in the therapeutic aspects of yoga and mindfulness meditation. 

Her teaching style is gentle, encouraging, supportive and calming. Her yoga focuses on awareness of the breath and body sensations, while helping the body develop strength, flexibility and balance.

Geraldine teaches Mindful Yoga online and Trauma-informed Yoga in person for an Edinburgh charity.

Training

In the years following her teaching qualification in 2014/15 Geraldine took further training in yoga for:

  • chronic pain & fatigue
  • anxiety, depression, body image
  • menopause/perimenopause
