
Geraldine has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 10 years. She is particularly interested in the therapeutic aspects of yoga and mindfulness meditation. In the years following her teaching qualification, she took further training in yoga for:
- chronic pain and fatigue
- anxiety
- depression and body image
- addiction recovery
In 2018 she took a training on trauma-informed yoga with Hala Khouri (https://halakhouri.com/), followed by an introduction to Somatic Trauma Therapy with Simonetta Logan (2019).
She qualified as a Menopause Yoga teacher in 2022 (founder Petra Coveney). She is currently deepening her knowledge of trauma-informed yoga and somatics with Collective Resilience Yoga http://collectiveresilienceyoga.com/
